Privacy policy
ClearView Research, Inc. operates this website. When you join our participant panel, you share information that helps us find research opportunities that may be a fit. This page explains what we collect and how it is used.
Information you submit
If you join the participant panel, the form asks for information about you. That includes your name, date of birth, email, phone, address, education, work, and other answers on the form, such as availability and ethnicity. Household income, household members, and health answers are optional. You have to agree before we store the submission. The consent says we may store what you submit and contact you about research studies.
Signing in uses an email and password, or a link sent to your email. A signed-in account can be linked to a panel profile.
How we use it
We use a panel profile to see whether it matches a study and, if it does, to contact that person with the details, eligibility, and compensation. Staff use the stored profile for that recruiting work. Health answers are there to match medical and patient studies. Household details do not enroll another person or give them an account.
Joining the panel does not guarantee selection for a study. The form also says you may need to show a state-issued ID to confirm your identity before you take part in a study.
Storage and retention
Your sign-up is saved as a participant record. This policy does not specify a retention period or list the service providers involved in storing your information. Contact our team if you have questions about those details. No method of transmitting or storing information can be guaranteed completely secure.
Cookies and other sites
Browsing the public pages does not set an analytics cookie. Session cookies are described in the cookie policy. The participant record is described in the data policy. If you follow a link to another site, that site has its own practices. We do not control them.
